A former journalist and world champion para-canoeist, I’m passionate about providing cost-of-living relief and access to affordable, accessible healthcare for people in Moreton Bay.
I lost my leg in 2011 when a car ran into me in a shopping centre car park while I was pushing my son Zac in a pram. This life altering accident led me to become a passionate advocate for healthcare and people with a disability.
In 2024, despite the very best health care, my son Henry passed following a battle with leukemia. I know just how important Medicare is and I’ll always fight to protect it.
Representing the people of Dickson is an incredible honour. I love living in Moreton Bay and will continue to work every day for more and better services for our region.
